Union University’s golf teams exemplify the competitive spirit that defines Bulldog Athletics. With the men’s squad soaring into GSC elite status and the women’s squad steadily building toward breakthrough performances, golf is another emerging pillar in Union’s athletic success story.
In 2024, Union University men’s golf stood out with a breakthrough GSC performance, matching its all-time best third-place finish and highlighting the impact of veteran leadership like Gray Campbell. Campbell finished 13th out of 107 teams in the NCAA D2 National Championship. While the women’s program continued a trajectory of steady improvements, navigating regional fields and building toward stronger golf seasons ahead. At the 2024 GSC Women’s Golf Championship, Union posted a 4th-place finish out of eight teams, showing growth and competitiveness as a team along with Aubrey Payne finished 1st in the GSC Golf Championship.
As both programs gear up for 2025, Bulldogs golf remains on the rise—anchored by strong leadership, promising talent, and a growing culture of excellence in Jackson, Tennessee.
